Bookings through Viator are reservations. Your credit card will not be charged until after the tour.
Cancellation Policy
By doing a booking with PH Whale Watch you agree with our Cancellation Policy.
1. Bookings Through Viator/ TripAdvisor
We follow the Cancellation Policy of Viator. Viator is a reservation System. At the moment of reservation your card is not charged. Your card will be charged after the tour has happened. If you cancel within 24 hours of the tour, no charge will be made from your creditcard. If you cancel later than 24 hours before the tour, the full amount will be charged and there will be no refund. We are not responsible for no-shows due to sickness, delays or the inability of third parties to attend the tour on the day itself.
If we (PH Wale Watch cancel the tour, for example due to sea conditions, your credit card will not get charged or you will receive a refund.
You will not receive a refund when no whales are found, which can occur in 10% of our tours.
2. Direct bookings by WhatsApp or Email
Groups up to 4 need prepayment by Paypal. It has the same cancellation policy as Viator bookings. In case you have right to get refunded sent us an email with your Paypal details. For groups 2 or less you can pay cash at the boat. If you like to cancel please sent us a message as early as possible so we can add people from our waitinglist.
